- Assisting customers via phone, e-mail, chat and social media
- Respond to general questions from customers and colleagues
- Administrative tasks regarding customer data
- Providing customers with (additional) information about the services LiteBit offers
- Processing customer orders
- Exceeding expectations of our customers
What are you bringing?
- Minimal 1 year experience in customer support via telephone
- C2 level in French writing and speaking
- General know-how of cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus
- Customer and result oriented and excited to help users solve their pain points
- Ability to communicate clearly and positively while staying patient
- Can empathize with users and quickly grasp the issues they’re facing
- Fluent communication (speech and writing) in Dutch, English and French (additional languages is a plus)
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in both an independent as team setting
- Able to work under pressure and don't give up easily
